Our most popular bagel fillings are the classic smoked salmon and lemon & dill cream cheese with capers and red onion and salt beef, pickles & a mild mustard. Another personal favourite of ours is the Mama's Porchetta! Hot slow roasted pork heavily seasoned with Italian herbs. At our events we always have a vegan offering; often either our hummus and roasted Mediterranean veg or pulled bbq jackfruit. Additionally we are a nut free unit, all of our cakes are made without nuts however it is worth noting our cake supplier handles nuts in their kitchen.
